As flavor profiles across Ethiopia's regions kept shifting year to year, Cafe Kreyol's sourcing and post harvest teams decided on a new approach. Instead of labeling coffees by region alone and hoping for a familiar flavor, their QC team and post harvest technicians work with a network of over 300 producers across three regions of Ethiopia to classify coffees by cup profile. That means our Sweet Lily Fruity will always deliver a fruity cup with the bright, traditional acidity
