Origins Roast // Guatemala HueHue
This Guatemalan Huehuetenango is one of Capito's all-time favorites. It can be roasted at various levels, offering an assortment of flavor notes. As an amazing drip coffee, it reveals chocolate undertones with a rich, creamy, velvet-like dried berry flavor. When used as a base for espresso blends, it delivers a caramel body and a cherry chocolate finish. As a cold brew with a 1:1.5 coffee-to-water ratio and a 24-hour steep period, it offers flavors of cocoa and roasted almond Country of Origin -Guatemala Plant Species -Arabica Región -Huehuetenango Variet
