Yunnan - Moon Bear MOON BEAR is produced using the Honey Process, designed to highlight the coffee’s natural sweetness and smooth flavor structure. Coffee cherries are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring that only evenly matured deep-red cherries are harvested. After harvesting, the cherries undergo clean-water flotation sorting to remove under-ripe fruits and low-density defective cherries.
