We take our Sumatran beans just a little deeper into the roasting drum than usual, long enough for those natural sugars to unlock and blend into a warm, sticky burnt-sugar sweetness, then pair them with a dark-roasted secret sidekick that brings a bright, snappy lift to the whole thing.
