Fair warning: this coffee is not for the timid. Sumatran coffee is its own universe, earthy, funky, musky, and wildly complex, and the people who love it tend to love it with their whole chest. This is one of our most beloved single origins, and it earns that devotion. The wet hulling process leaves the beans with a rustic, slightly wild character that we lean into rather than sand down. Our roast unlocks deep caramel notes that swirl beautifully against those earthy, almost mossy tones. The body is full and rich, the acidity is soft and low-key, and the finish is long and exquisitely sweet. A
