This decaffeinated coffee's aroma is malty and chocolatey with just an inkling of peat. It has a full, creamy body paired with a medium acidity. The mouthfeel is at once rich and smooth. The flavor is complex and nutty, with lots of dark chocolate and a restrained earthiness. It has a remarkably short and clean finish of caramel and vanilla.
