SAN FELIPE | FULLY WASHED | PERU This fairtrade and organic certified washed lot is sourced from 34 producers working with Aromas de Valle co-operative in Cajamarca, Peru – a large region in northern Peru. These producers are from the remote village of San Felipe in Jaen province. Average elevations are high - around 2,000masl and varieties include caturra, pache and typica (known locally as 'nacional'). Taste notes: Apple, biscuit, hazelnut NB. Our Special Roast changes frequently and sells quickly so grab it while you can. Please also be advised that Special Roast is ONLY available
