Mazzer Kony G – Conical, grind by weight
The Kony G is Mazzer’s conical-burr espresso grinder that grinds by weight: it stops by itself at the target weight, so you no longer weigh the grounds or correct the dose when you change the grind setting. Its 69 mm conical burrs grind 5.0 to 6.5 g per second, and Mazzer says it is twice as fast and more precise than its predecessor. Quote for your business?
