Cafe Kreyol Haitian Blue
Cafe Kreyol's spectacular, flagship bean! Coming from the oldest running co-op in all of Haiti, there's nothing quite like a cup of the Haitian Blue. Done to a full city (light) roast to best showcase the bean's natural flavor, the Haitian Blue makes for a well-balanced cup with mellow, medium acidity, a buttery mouthfeel and notes of roasted almonds . Expect a medium body and smooth , creamy finish . Delicious!
