Based in Costa Rica's renowned Los Santos region, the family were pioneers of the country's micromill movement and continue to oversee every stage of production. Their farms use water-efficient washed processing, careful sun drying on raised beds, and biodiverse farming systems that help protect local ecosystems and natural resources.
