Honduras - Anaerobic Natural - Lopez Family Farm
We are very excited to bring this special coffee to you, directly from Adelmo Lopez's family farm in Honduras. Finca Terrerito is a 5th generation specialty coffee farm located in Copan, Honduras. This anaerobic coffee is a unique process. The cherries are left intact and placed in sealed tanks for 90+ of fermentation, transforming compounds into acids and alcohols, creating an explosion of unique flavors. The coffee is then dried on raised African beds for an average of 15 days then milled into the final green coffee. It then arrives to our roasting facility, where we roast the coffee light,
