This coffee comes to us from Patio Bonita, a farm in Caldona, Cauca founded by Don Carlos Trujillo, who’s been producing high quality lots for nearly four decades. His daughter Paola manages the fermenting and processing endeavors. With a background in chemical engineering, Paola returned home to work alongside her parents and quickly became devoted to improving every stage of cultivation and processing.
